Try eating more meals a day!
It sounds crazy, but in order to lose weight, eating 5 small portions a day keeps your metabolism in check, meaning you keep burning food and you don't starve yourself!
When you go for long periods of food, your body actually starts eating into the muscle deposits and not the fat you want to get rid off!
